With offices in Belgium (Sint-Niklaas & Deerlijk), The Netherlands (Rotterdam) and France (Caen), our service engineers are always near. Within Western Europe, we offer maintenance and calibration solutions to multinationals as well as to smaller labs.

A uniform, made-to-measure Service Level Agreement for multiple sites adds to effective planning and excellent inter-laboratory comparisons.

Periodic Interventions

Rely on your equipment thanks to our planned periodic interventions, rapid interventions in case of failure and an expanded stock of spare parts and consumables.

Our customer portal allows you to keep track of service interventions and check the current situation. You're also able to manage your certificates and extract the 'Total Cost of Ownership' reports of your instruments at any time.
