The portal to your lab
Whether you manage 5 laboratories or 5 analyzers, the portal offers various options for every company. Assign multiple users within your lab, from Lab Assistant (one or more devices) to Lab Manager (full access and TCO reports).

Keep track
Every device in your service contract is automatically registered in our portal. You can check (service) intervention reports, the current state of your equipment and extract the yearly costs of each instrument - or the whole lab. Interventions within warranty are included in our Total Cost of Ownership reports and are available at any time.

Rely on your equipment thanks to our planned periodic - or rapid interventions, all visible on the integrated calendar. When an issue occurs, a service call is easily made.
Audit coming up soon? Calibration certificates of your devices/thermometers/probes can be downloaded whenever you want.
