A Frenchman in Holland, speaking of character! He runs our service office in The Netherlands and he’s a real pitbull when it comes to solving problems. When - once in a while - he’s not servicing the Dutch customers, he likes to travel or restore his old Mini.

Is it high tech? Can it fly or ride? Chances are good you’ll find Patrick around. This adept of model cars, motorcycles, planes and space vehicles wields the scepter at our technical department. He is a rock you can build on because he always has the right answer to your questions.

Bert likes a party. When he’s out he goes all the way! All the way is also the best expression when he is troubleshooting your equipment. He will keep on going until the job is done. You might not hear him but he’s there…Bert is our secret weapon.

Jan gets up before dawn and works like a horse. He is always ready to help customers and colleagues. This rare bird likes to hike and ski, he will take you and your systems where they belong: UP!

Birgit has taken over Service Administration. A mother of two, Birgit has a way with organizing. At the same time she is all kindness and joy. When she finds a babysitter, you can find her at concerts or on a (weekend) trip.

Young at heart, Bert has a strong will to find solutions, even when the problem is difficult. He takes care of his home and family, but likes the wind and weather as he takes his supermotard out on a stroll. Bert likes to take care of your problem fast and accurate.

Maurits, he’s really cool wether it is on a snowboard, motorcycle or when he’s repairing your instrument. Just ask him to fix it and consider it’s done. Maurits is Optimus’ silent force. He offers you the confidence and competence you need.

In The Netherlands lives a guy who is passionated by technique and has really devoted his life to it when strengthened our service team in the Netherlands an ELS-technician. We were happy to find this man, and you’ll be even happier to see him fixing your system in no-time.

This cool guy has years of experience in technical service of all sorts of installations and instruments. The moments in which an issue that has never been solved before are the ones that drives Toon. Next to an excellent engineer he’s also an awesome dad!
